Warkworth Toyota

Teak Construction tendered for and was awarded the construction of a small Toyota dealership, comprising of a showroom, retail yard and service bays.The dealership was constructed on a greenfields site in the town of Warkworth.

The land on which the dealership was built had poor soil conditions, which required the use of 5 meter long timber piles to be placed in the ground in order to provide adequate support for the concrete walls and floor of the structure.

To ensure that the dealership was clearly identifiable as a Toyota dealership, branding and signage featuring the Toyota name and logo were incorporated into the exterior façade of the building.
