Candida Office Park Stages 9 & 10

The Candida Office Park is one of the North Shore’s largest office developments, attracting big name tenants like BNZ. Stage 9 and 10 of the development are a new four storey office building with concrete structure. 

The building’s exterior cladding is a mix of Alucobond(™) and curtain wall glazing to match the look of the three other Candida towers built by Teak Construction Group in 2008.
