St John Vianney

St John Vianney House is a property of the Roman Catholic Church of Auckland, used to provide comfortable self-care and full-care housing to priests after retirement. The church commissioned Teak to demolish existing buildings, build four new two-storey houses and reconfigure driveways. We added six new bedrooms in the process.

Teak designed and built landscaped courtyard and garden spaces to tie the property together with peaceful common areas.
