Teak Construction Group was commissioned to convert and extend a 1970s office building into 42 apartments. To start we stripped the existing building back to its structural frame and roof framing. During this process, we discovered several issues, including asbestos and sagging floors. We incorporated additional design solutions into the building to address these problems, as well as removing all asbestos.
By completing those works and installing a new facade and fitout, Teak Construction Group transformed the building into an attractive, liveable home for its new residents.
