As a reflection of this we are currently certified to both AS/NZS 4801:2001 and ISO 45001:2018.

We believe that aligning our occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) with ISO 45001:2018 and maintaining it with weekly and monthly internal audits, provides our workers with the safest environment that we can. ISO 45001 encourages us to make the most of opportunities to make improvements to our OHSMS and to link health and safety with all the different areas and systems of
our business.

We embrace the idea of continual improvement through our health and safety committee and our internal safety audits. Our on-site management teams conduct weekly safety audits and our health and safety manager completes monthly site safety audits. This gives us perspective from people who are familiar with the site and a more neutral perspective on the site safety. Changes are made to areas that are identified in these audits and learnings from issues found on site are shared across the company.

As a company we are conscientious about the impact that we have on people and the environment. Because of this we have taken
steps to become members of the New Zealand Green Building Council. When we are planning all our projects, we are in constant communication with our clients to provide them with all available options when it comes to the materials and processes used
in the project.

As members of the New Zealand Green Building Council, we are well placed to provide a range of options to our clients that will
have small and large impacts on the project.

We are currently developing our environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, which, when completed we
intend to have externally certified through audit.
