The directors of Teak Construction bring a broad range of skills and knowledge to the company. All the directors are shareholders, sharing the same vision for the ongoing expansion and prosperity of the company. They are fully involved with the day-to-day running of projects, providing immediate decisions and personal service.
Stuart Charlton
Managing Director
Stuart joined Teak Construction in 2008 bringing with him a wealth and depth of commercial construction experience and knowledge from New Zealand and overseas.
Boating and surfing with the family is life after work.
Wayne Birchall
Director
Wayne joined Teak Construction in 2013 after 10 years in Hawkes Bay as a Managing Director of a mid-sized commercial construction company operating throughout New Zealand. Wayne has extensive knowledge of development and construction thoroughout the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
He is an avid follower of Chelsea Football club.
Sam White
Director
Sam has worked in the construction industry for 20 years, having experience at the coalface in carpentry and roofing, before taking up a role as a Quantity Surveyor at Teak Construction where he has been for the last 14 years and is now a Director. Sam joined Teak in 2001. He is a keen kite boarder and fisherman.
