Teak Construction is contracted to build a new 3,800m² four-storey extension to be annexed to an existing 2,000m² warehouse located on the corner of Church Street East and Industry Road in Penrose, Auckland.

The extension will include a transition area, a production area over three floors, a finished goods warehouse, and facilities. The construction will also include new silo tanks, a concrete yard, a staff car parking area, and perimeter fencing.

The works will include new timber piling, steel framing, a mix of concrete and metal-clad walls, a mix of metal cladding and membrane roofing, external escape staircases, perimeter fencing, and new service connections for power, lighting, data, hydraulics, and drainage.

The existing manufacturing facility will remain operational during the construction.
